More than 90 passengers and crew members on a Royal Caribbean International cruise ship which set sail from Tampa, Florida, on Feb. 1 for a weeklong cruise came down with a gastrointestinal illness, causing vomiting and diarrhea. According to CruiseMapper, the ship returned Saturday after making stops in Cozumel, Roatan Islands, Belize City, and Costa Maya. The outbreak happened on Royal Caribbean's Radiance of the Seas, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in a press release. It's not clear what caused the illness. The CDC's Vessel Sanitation Program said it was made aware of the outbreak Tuesday, halfway through the ship's journey.
NEW ORLEANS — Nikki Glaser is staying neutral when it comes to the legal drama between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. During an interview with Fox News Digital, Glaser, who recently received rave reviews for hosting the Golden Globe Awards, shared that she hasn't been keeping up with the legal drama between the "It Ends With Us" co-stars. "It's too much reading for me," Glaser explained. "Every time I go, ‘Let me see what’s going on,' I go, 'I don't … I should read an actual book. This is not good for my brain, I don't need this.' So, I don't really know anything, and I think that's the right place to be." Lively initially filed a complaint against Baldoni and film producer Jamey Heath with the California Civil Rights department and later in federal court, detailing allegations of sexual harassment, retaliation, intentional affliction of emotional distress, negligence and more. Baldoni later filed a $400 million lawsuit, accusing Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, of civil extortion and defamation.
General Motors has options to mitigate the impact of new tariffs on Canada and Mexico on its bottom line, executives said during the company’s Q4 earnings call on Jan. 28. One move would be to shift some truck production out of Canada and Mexico to the U.S., CEO Mary Barra said on the call. “We also sell trucks globally, and so we can look at where the international markets are being sourced from,” she said. “So, there’s plays that we can do on that perspective to minimize the impact if there are tariffs either on Canada or Mexico.”
The Italian island of Sardinia sits in the middle of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and it is within these edgy curves that shepherds produce casu marzu, a maggot-infested cheese that, in 2009, the Guinness World Record proclaimed the world’s most dangerous cheese. Cheese skipper flies, Piophila casei, lay their eggs in cracks that form in cheese, usually fiore sardo, the island’s salty pecorino. Maggots hatch, making their way through the paste, digesting proteins in the process, and transforming the product into a soft creamy cheese.

Saquon Barkley’s transformation from expendable in New York to invaluable during Philadelphia’s run to Sunday’s Super Bowl did not happen over the course of just one offseason. It started four and a half years earlier. The No. 2 overall draft pick out of Penn State in 2018, Barkley entered 2020 having rushed for at least 1,000 yards in each of his first two NFL seasons. But only 19 attempts into this third, he injured the meniscus and tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, his 2020 season over after two games.

The Black Panther 2.0, developed by Zhejiang University's humanoid innovation institute in collaboration with the Hangzhou-based startup Mirror Me, has achieved a remarkable feat by running approximately 100 meters in under 10 seconds.
Seven years after SpaceX launched Elon Musk’s cherry red sports car into orbit around our sun, astronomers unwittingly began paying attention to its movements once again. Observers spotted and correctly identified the vehicle as it started its extraterrestrial excursion in February 2018 — after it had blasted off into space during the Falcon Heavy rocket’s splashy maiden launch. But more recently, the car spawned a high-profile case of mistaken identity as space observers mistook it for an asteroid.
Country star Colt Ford shared that he and Jelly Roll were able to bond over what it's like to be the "big guys." During a recent interview with People, Ford revealed that he and Jelly Roll hung out backstage at one of the "Save Me" singer's concerts, where they discussed the complicated feelings that come with trying to live a healthier lifestyle when so much of your public image is associated with weight. "Jelly has lost a bunch of weight," Ford told the outlet. "You start to think when you're a big guy like that and people love you, 'What if I lose weight? Are they going to still like me?' And I'm like, 'No, bro. I thought that for so long. No, no, no. As long as you're who you are, and you're authentic and good to people, s---, they don't care.'"
